For your total space heating or for large areas of floor heating, we have several products that can be used under any floor covering. Both products carry a 25 year warranty.

ZMesh is a low voltage screen heating element that is perfect for under carpet and hardwood floors. ZMesh can be nailed or stapled through making it very easy to install. ZMesh does not cause any floor buildup due to its low thin profile.
Tuff Cable is a low voltage cable heating element that is perfect for under or in any cementous material. Tuff Cable is quick reacting when heating up under tile, slate, pergo or in cement.

HOW IT WORKS

The CBX6, CBX23 or CBX7 Control Units provide a self monitoring computer that acts as the brains of system. The control unit also houses the transformer which converts high voltage power from a breaker into safe low voltage power to the heating element. Each system is controlled by a programmable thermostat that can be set to fit the owners lifestyle.

Tuff Cable works well as an invisible source of heat making your home energy efficient, healthy to live in, and completely luxurious. Tuff Cable heats from the floor up producing 15 watts/sq ft. As the floor is heated, objects around are heated as well producing a comfortable heat that leaves the air alone. Thermostats can be set at low temperatures while feeling the same comfort level as you would with a forced air system set at a higher temperature.

ZMesh works great under carpet and hardwood. The gentle and even heat that is produced with ZMesh will safely heat humdity sensitive hardwood floors without damaging or warping them. ZMesh is easy to install by just rolling it out and securing it to the sublfoor with staples or thinset adhesive. Dont worry about the staples or nails, ZMesh can safely be nailed or stapled through!

PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTAT

All systems are designed with a programmable thermotat. The thermostat makes the system energy efficient by only running when the system has to and can be programmed around the inhabitants lifestyle.
