For snow melting on driveways, walkways and stairs. Heatizon relies on the strength of its Tuff Cable. Tuff Cable can be installed in normal snow melt application like new pour concrete, asphalt and pavers. IN addiction its low voltage technology allow it to be retrofitted into existing concrete and asphalt driveways, sidewalks, parking lots etc. These snow melting systems can produce up to 23 watts per square foot if the cable is spaced on 6 inch centers or up to 34.5 watts per square foot on 4 inch centers. All kits with 3 zones or more are required to have an M329 Selector Box wich is included where needed. Each kit includes an M325D 12 Hour Timer, Control Box, Transformer, Tuff Cable, and a Rough-In Kit with 50' of Cold Lead.

*Note* - A Cold Joint Jumper Kit is required any time the Tuff Cable will pass through a joint in the concrete.
